Anyone on here with hair got a fringe? I'm thinking of getting one because the parting thing i have at the moment is really annoying and hair's always getting in my eyes/mouth. It might make me look even more of a twat though so..

Y'know, this is kind of a fuckin l'oreal forum thread!!!! I started growing my hair in about 1982, and it was pretty long when i had it all cut off in 1999, not because i wanted it cut, but mother nature had decided a couple of years earlier to gradually erode it from the middle, so not wishing to end up looking like Bobby fookin Charlton, i had it all off. Here are the points to consider in my case
1/ i was still a scruffy bastard, hair had absolutely no impact!!!!
2/ Time spent washing was no different as it takes just as long to shave my head now as it did to wash and dry it then!!
3/ vision wasnt impared, as i used to tie it back when i need to before.
4/ Girls. No difference at all. I met my girlfriends / wives in rock clubs / gigs, and they never had an issue with long hair, if they did, fuck em off!!!!
5/ it wasnt ginger
If you really cant stand the long hair, or like me you cant anymore, why not grow a beard instead (for some of you, this may take a while until puberty anyway), as this is still "accepted metal fasion" hahahaha!!!. Ive recently decided to go for the John Mcoy look for a change!!!!
