Really depends on how quickly everything comes together in the end. Still trying to decide how many to print. Don't want to do too many and just have a stack of them...ALTHOUGH I don't want to not print enough

Ian (terrorizer) and me used to do a zine in the 90s called death to dead things and we sold it at gigs / by post etc, realistically, only do a couple of hundred at at the most. Ours was a cheap zine, but high quality, and even then it isnt the easiest thing to sell, as people think nothing of spending £3 on a drink, but ask em for a quid for a 50 page zine with 700 reviews and loads of interviews / features etc, they are too fucking tight!!! Seriously, get like 150 / 200 done and if it sells, run another batch off.

Yeah!! you can always reprint a bunch if you sell out, otherwise you end up with half a bedroom full of unsaleable crap... not bangers and thrash... but ....

Speaking of which, has anyone had any punters through the store yet?

GO ON THEN!!! lol :D

Yeah I'd definately be happy to try and sell some at gigs though, although knowing my track record I might just lose them, so maybe I'm not the best candidate!

How does everyone prefer interviews.

Would you rather read them as a feature type thing - linking all the best stuff/quotes into a story type thing.

OR

Do you prefer the Q&A type style?

Any feedback would be really helpful!

I prefer Q&A when it comes to zines.
