Girlschool rocked the place as usual and it was also being filmed for an upcoming dvd(in the new year)so im an extra just like Johnnyboy too
(not quite)anyway they had special guests/cameos by Neil murray of Whitesnake/Black Sabbath etc,Saxon lead guitarist and some dude from Skunk Anansie.
Blitzkreig supported and werent bad but not that exciting.
its weird how Hawkwind were playing the main Astoria and Girlschool played Astoria 2. it would have made sense for the 2 long running bands to play the same venue.
anyway i still enjoyed it and although i missed Destruction,i still visited the rather legendary astoria.
