No apologies are necessary, no one has anything to worry about. We've all got bigger things to worry about than a few posts going off-topic. Like male rape, for example. Or cancer. Perhaps even AIDS. Definitely child molestation.

Haha. We seem to be worrying a little too much about that in the "Age of Grief" thread.

This forum is cool. It's one of the few forums I post on that isn't plagued by dick heads who want to start an argument over anything.

I used to post on the Blind Guardian forum a few years back, but it was so full of stuck up student cunts that used to give you shit over anything that you'd type, that I don't even listen to the band anymore, because most of the fans are complete fucking twats!!!

This place is cool. Even if thrash isn't the main subject of a thread/conversation, it's still cool to know that you're talking to people who have the same taste in music. I mean, what do you do in real life away from the internet? When you have conversations with your mates, is music the only thing you talk to them about? No! Because if it was, you'd get bored of talking to your mates!

This forum is my favourite forum, because it's full of dick heads - but the funny kind of dick head! :rockdevil:

EDIT - The only thing that needs changing about this forum, is that we need more birds in here, because I think there's like, 2 girls that post here, or something!

If you want an example of problems, let's have a look. Go to the Iron Maiden forum and then you'll see what Hell really is.

Yea I agree with you there. There are a few forums I have been a regular poster on even though I don't really bother as much with forums these days, and I find that UK Thrash is a friendly community on the whole as long as you know to take certain peoples comments with a pinch of salt. Some forums are just full of people looking to pick a fight or prove that they know so much more than everyone else and it's just bullshit. To be honest, there are times when I'll visit the forum and can't find anything to post on or I find a thread of interest but it has gone so off topic I don't bother, but that doesn't mean I'm going to stop posting on here altogether.

If it wasn't for the UKThrash forum i wouldn't have made CD and spent the last 9 months of my life going mad. The forum is healthy and active, sure things go a bit off topic which can be a bit annoying, but generally the fun/silly stuff is great and the more serious disscussions are also on the whole pretty in depth. when it comes to discussing music and more to the point Thrash, there isn't a better place in the world than on here. This is still the most important place for UKthrash as it serves as an infomation hub. Although things have been a bit quite recently (the pre-summer slump) you can still come on here and keep completely up to date with what is actually going on across the UK. The people who post on this board do actually care about our community and keeping the scene alive, proved by the amount of meet-ups and gigs that have been organised solely through disscussion on this forum. I find this equally refreshing and exciting as it just shows how much a forum like this is needed and is helping.

basically, Thrash.

Yeah, all is great. And I would never have checked out Sadus if it wasn't for this place so it is brilliant in my books.

There's an unseen fortune under their belts
Are golden temples a symbol of God's way
This horde of wealth is a sickening display"

You lot want to go on hardcore messageboards, the amount of shitalking and fingerpointing on them, makes this site look like nothing. I mean there are no real idiots on this board and it's a good place if not just to promote gigs and stuff, which I wouldnt usually find out about. There's more to life than messageboards anyway.

Martin, I think you're cheating. Blatant quotes are fine in the office thread, but outside, they need to be given context so only the select few cool people will pick up on them. You can start bucking up your ideas. Starting with your appearance.
