Does anybody contibute anything interesting on this forum anymore other than the odd one or 2 threads?

It seems like every post is either a gay joke, a cock joke, some retarded comment that's supposed to be funny (and isn't), or a quote from either the office or the peep show...

Maybe it's just me... maybe I won't even bother posting here much anymore, it's not exactly worth spending even a couple of minutes browsing, cos I know it's all gonna be a load of crap.

Nah, I like it. Its fun and not too serious but can be open for some really hard discussion, its cool.

Is this just because I ruined Rager? Sigh. This forum is decent for an occasional browse anyway, not too many other places where the genius that is Peep Show is so well respected.

If we stopped giving time to the attention seekers on the forum it would be much better. There are too many 'witty' comments insulting bands and individuals for my liking.

I really like this forum though. A nice laid back place where everyone is cool and knowledgeable. I'm not much of a thrash head, I'm only here cos I knew Jamie was, so I checked it out and enjoyed the fun.

I think it's mainly jonny_boy's fault.

The fact of the matter is, this place has become a bit of a piss take. Any half decent thread turns into immature drivel after a page or two. It simply isn't an accessible place for new members any more. The lifespan of a specialist board like this was always going to be short - there's only so many 'thrash' threads you can have. My advice would be to get rid of the miscellaneous forums (that tend to spew the most shite) and concentrate on the UK Thrash aspect of this site.

It is strange that "General Chat" is the most popular part of the forum.
But, I think that for all the Bullshit on the forum (Guilty!) there are a few nuggets of pure gold which crop up....New bands, New material from older bands, the Bangers and Thrash C.D., Full Thrash Assault and assorted gigs. Just the Youtube thread kept me amused for an age, so don't give up....take the rough with the smooth.

Okay, so im not having a dig, but just how many "interesting " threads have you started in the last month????
This is a thrash forum, and to be honest, the number of gigs, and releases from the 84 bands that are registered with this site is a bit lacking! Is it any wonder that people chat about the other things that interest them when the main subject of this forum is in virtual complete standstill!!!!
There are threads covering the real issues such as gigs, recording, line-ups etc, but nothing really happens from one week to the next, so what would you rather? That everyone stops posting until something happens that is UK thrash related????? Get a fucking grip and DO SOMETHING if the posts on here aren't to your liking!!!! (and that isn't aimed at TMM directly, but everyone who feels the same).
Just check the onslaught forum, it has died a death recently because apart from a cancelled tour, there is nothing else to talk about, and there are probably only 6 regularly contributing members now.
Thrash has been in existance for 26 years and there must be 1000s of bands that havent been even touched on on here, so why not put a bit more effort into making this place more interesting other than expecting someone else to do it
