Gash? I take it that means something different in Scotland, down here it's a lady's front bottom.

Yeah, it's just a synonym of 'not very good' although I have heard 'gash' used in both contexts.

That would be a gashed gash gash, although any gashed gash would be gash I suppose.

Gash is a gash word for what you have referred to as a gash. Instead of referring to what you have referred to as a gash, you should say 'fan-dan', or 'goose'.
