I have a test pressing 12" of Kingdom of Paranoia (the Under One Flag version, lolkvlt), and it's fucking solid.
To add to this list, Holocausto's Campo de Extermino is great, and Acid Reign's Moshkinstein EP has a bunch of great songs on it (Motherly Love particularly, though Goddess is great too).
Lawnmower Deth also get nowhere near enough mention as they should!
