Back on the fastest if crossover is allowed then Cryptic Slaughter. If not, probably Razor.

Slowest? Prolly South of Heaven era Slayer. Anything slower tends not to qualify as thrash.

4 bands that are playing much slow stuff come to my mind - HALLOWS EVE, MELIAH RAGE, TOURNIQUET and WARPATH (GER)
