Phew - its been a lively debate - my thoughts as follows -

I'll check out your old material if i can get ahold of any over the internets, seems you only released a demo and a single.

We did Do or Die, 1981, Suicide 1883, Rebel Eye 1987, Right Between the Eyes 2003 -(although this was remastered 1989 stuff, and now the latest album.

Did you consider changing your name? i think it will confuse some people, especially seeing as Cynic (US) have reformed.

No not really - Maybe if we were both nwobhm, or thrash, or both from the UK maybe we might have to think about it
PS Cool anecdote about Paul and Sean. Do you like their Focus album?

I have not heard Focus, and a lot of the clips on the internet have poor sound - but there is no doubt Paul and Sean are right on top of their musical game, and are masters at their genre - there so much respect for their playing from their fans.
Why should they change their name when they've been using it longer than Cynic (US)?

Too right Steve - we were rocking when they were in High School

Sounds pretty decent stuff!

James - thanks mate - very appreciated!

No Time At all is a cool song

Thanks Plodman - again very much appreciated - Dom with a killer guitar solo - did you hear the stuff on You Tube?

Best wishes,

Tim

I LOVE the Suicide single, wish I could bloody find a copy! Really need to hear the Do or Die single too, and I'm enjoying the new material! Top stuff! You guys interested in gigs at all?

Hey Bill,

Thanks for the kind words - all the last few Suicide singles I sold to Jim at OPM Records - Not sure if he has any left - but if you like I will contact him.

Yeah I reckon the new stuff is still very faithful to the original stuff - we were quite worried that with modern recording, (Protools) we might put off some people - but I think most really like it!

Yes we are into doing gigs - a nice big venue, (NEC) would be nice - but do you have anything to mind??

Best wishes,

Tim

Really need to hear the Do or Die

Do or Die was a four track tape, with Do or Die, Faithless One, Eight Below (with drum solo), and Killroy. I have seen quite a few downloads of it around the internet  So you maybe will be able to hear it from there - or Dor or Die and Faithless One made it onto the latest album - there are some sample on you tube just search for me or Cynic Rockfileds to find it. Faithless One you can hear us rehearsing to under Cynic at Rockfields - its the first grack we are playing.

I'll have a gander sometime this weekend

Please let me know what you think

Cheers,

Tim

Yeah dudes, I've heard about you.

I was kinda confused when I read ''Suicide'' in the tracklist instead of ''Spiritual Nature Goddess and flowing River of life''
