Reviews and rumours surrounding the early viewings of the movie have ranged from it inducing multiple orgasms, to people declaring jihads on the cinemas which previewed it.
Honestly I don't know what the fuck to think, but I hope it's gonna be as powerful and brutal as the trailer, and indeed the graphic novel. 300 is a fantastic read and the movie has every chance of equalling that experience.

I hadn't heard of it before I read about the film, but it looks like it could either be unbelievably amazing or very hilarious. Either way, it can't be as bad as Troy. And I have lots of faith in Frank Miller as Sin City was an unbelievable film indeed!

Oh my bloody fucking goodness. I just came home from the cinema. This film really was ridiculously amazing! And also really quite hilarious, but also so amazing you couldn't believe it. This is basically the film I've been waiting for ever since Lord of the Rings was over. In fact, you could even say it was like Lord of the Rings but without the gay factor. Brilliant brilliant brilliant. Even the end credits were amazing! I could watch that film every day.
Has anyone else seen it yet? Do you share my enthusiasm for this masterpiece of cinematic cheese wonder?

Seen it downloaded the DVD screener, watched 6 times since.
I have a few niggles, lose the fantasy elements (Goblin Immortals, goatmens etc) and the Spartans fighting for democracy angle. Other than that 100% sexy go time.

Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.
