Yeah one of my fav films I saw this year that.
I actually read the book by Stephen King years back, but was well shocked with the ending in the film.
Total mind fuck consideing how the book ends.
It was a surreal WTF moment.

Yeah totally, really glad they did that though because it makes the film far more bleak and also prevents a typical cliche ending.

Yeesjhsjshshsjhs I just saw The Road last night, and it was as amazing as I thought it'd be. I liked the ending, to be honest the theme of the whole film was really centred on the relationship between The Man and The Boy, so it almost didn't matter what had happened, and what was going to happen. A lot of emotional madness too. Its just a shame the cinema was stupidly freezin cold, and there were a bunch of fucking dick heads at the back making noises and being complete dick head idiots. I wish I could've killed them all with a massive uzi.

Avatar is awesome, stunning in Imax 3D. Colonel Quaritch is so bad ass. Oh and its now the second highest grossing film worldwide in 3 weeks second to only Titanic, another Cameron film, James Cameron is a legend!

To commemorate this moment and the fact I've seen the film 240 billion times at work, I shall recite some Colonel quotes.
"Venezuela, that was some mean bush"
"Pandora will shit you out dead with no warning."
"Let's get this over with, I wanna be home in time for dinner"
"Good work boys, first round's on me tonight. Let's boogie."
"I'm getting all emotional. I might just have to give you a big wet kiss."
"NOTHING'S OVER WHILE I'M BREATHING!"
