Heavy Metal In Baghdad

A Vice mini documentary covering the only heavy metal band in Iraq, pretty insane footage so far, even if its only part one. Well worth watching.

There is another band called SEMI-DEATH who recorded a demo in 05 called "the rise of shit". However, they did relocate from Iraq to Jordan at some point, but they were formed in Iraq during the reign of Saddam!!
