Have we had this before? I don't care!
I don't know what it is, maybe some weird thing from playing video games as a kid, but I fucking love video game music. The Zelda music especially, its so good.
I came across this:

I will have to go when they come to London next to get my video game music fix!
Anyone else have this nerdy addiction?

I may or may not have downloaded the fable soundtrack.

I rather like the F Zero music too. That's power metal at its finest.

Yeah F-Zero has amazing music.
I've covered a couple of tracks from that game.
Battletoads in Battlemaniacs on the SNES had awesome music too.
There's a band called Neskimos that do alot of metal covers of computer game tunes.

100% yes. I do love a OST. Anyone listen to The Black Mages? They are amusing.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

I love computer game music. I made some for my Music For New Media assignment last year, for Ratchet & Clank, it was great fun.
The music for the Ice Cap and Lava Reef Zone in Sonic 3 & Knuckles is amazing and makes me very excited. And yes indeed to Streets of Rage 2, that is a mighty game with great musical goodness. And the music for Ryu, Ken and Guile's stages from Street Fighter II are pure brilliance. But of course Final Fantasy VII has the greatest video game soundtrack ever written, unbelievably epic and superb.
