It happens to a lot of Metalheads. I got bored being able to play nothing but Thrash rhythms and playing in Phrygian Dominant all the time. If you're a Metalhead and even try to play stuff like Van Halen, chances are your rhythm technique (yes, very good, Lev) will be too rigid to play stuff like that.

You're getting silly. I'd never have made a joke from that.

Next you'll be saying you don't laugh when you're in WHSmith and see Rhythm Magazine...

I don't. But that's because I'm never in WHSmith and never knew there was a Rhythm Managzine.

Well you do now. I suggest you go into WHSmith and laugh at it.

I hope the front cover accompanies the joke in some way.

I lost interest in the bass for about a year and I am just getting back in to it, I think it took Cliff Burton two times to get really in to it.

Portnoy has the idea with his masturbation motion and climax face, so he wins.

The drum sticks have been photoshopped in, it was one of his wife's evidence photos.

Evidence of adultery or spousal abuse?

A speech bubble with 'Shuuuutuppa yo' face!' would be quite good.

I prefer laughing at old glory and crafty carper.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Thank the Police coming straight from the underground...
