I like both.
Football because it's fast and flowing, skilful and attractive to watch.
Rugby because of the big hits, but the stop start is fucking annoying - like american football but not so bad.

I find watching any sport is boring unless you count wrestling that I'll only watch if Hulk Hogan is in it.
