i've downloaded 5 songs off united abominations and they are fucking amazing megadeth have far from lost it compared to 'tallica.The guitar work from Dave and Glen is fucking awsome if you get a chance download burnt ice or amerikhastan or just wait till it's released

not bad though, i'll think i will be buying the album after i get the Sabbat re-releases which are my next priority.

I think I pretty much agree with you right there. I listened to The System Has Failed the other day because I couldn't remember why I didn't like it, so I thought I'd give it another chance. And then I remembered why i didn't like it. Blackmail the Universe was good, but then the rest... it's just bloody average American rock. 'The Scorpion' is an unbelievable song of shit proportions that truly shows how much Megadeth have lost it - even if they haven't lost it as much as Metallica have! Saying something isn't as bad as St Anger still really isn't a plus point in my opinion...

Got tickets for the Bristol and London shows, and may hit up download for the day as i've not caught Slayer yet

Was close at Download 04 but they swapped into the tent and couldnt be arsed to move so I saw Damageplan instead, highlight of the summer was seeing Dime and Vinnie slay through Walk.

But yeah, loving the new Deth Tunes and TSHF own's.
