I'm not sure if you have a thread for this already but I have had a shit day. I thought that maybe a group therapy session might help.

Things that are currently pissing me off:

People on the train that think whilst they sit there raking their nose, then biting their nails, that they are invisible to the rest of us. Yesterday I was considering deliberately throwing up on some guy to highlight just how sick he made me felt.

The fact my company has merged with it's competitors and now loads of people I know are going to lose their jobs.

I'm going to stop there as I'm fuming and could go on forever...
