I go away for 3-4 hours to finish Metal Gear Solid 3 and I come back to find this?

Regarding the forum becoming a "playground" where nobody likes thrash, I hear it's very similar on other forums, unless there is strict moderation like the Sonata Arctica forum, which therefore is pretty shit! The DragonForce forum suffered a similar fate, where most of the regular members lost interest in the band and got kicks out of harrassing the noobs. Of course, they were constantly asking the same noobish questions like "when's the next album out" or "when are they coming to my town?" which got a bit tiresome. There were even some annoying cunts who tried making discussion about shit bands like My Chemical Romance. One individual got her knickers in a twist after being slagged off for insisting that Lamb of God are the best band ever and as a result hacked the forum. Herman Li, who was admin at the time, decided to shut it down permanently about a couple of years ago as he was aware of our activites.

I'm bored, I should go to bed rather than write an essay on forum activities...

Yeah well that pretty much closes the case doesn't it... you're just hear to amuse yourself and you add nothing but negativity.

Goes back to the difference I made between general humour and being a sarcastic parasite, I don't see why the entire forum should just 'accomodate' your sterling persona as though it's our fault we're not amused.

It's not a balancing act of doing this or that bad thing or good thing, it's just about the general use of the forum. You've as good as admitted you come here mainly to amuse yourself, and I don't know why you're so surprised people are fed up of your constant negative presence, especially as most people seem to manage fine without making people think they are real life twats.
