if i die through smoking related illness... which.. i guess is most likely, then it will have to be "Into The Lungs Of Hell" by megadeth.

caps, i'm going to do a shit on your corpse, in the style of a hilarious toupee... it seems fitting, and mab can deal with the smell.

One song I find massively sad but also kind of uplifting is Master of the Wind by Manowar. I don't know why, it just always makes me feel massively depressed.

But then again, not sure if I'd want Manowar at my funeral

i know one of my mates has his heart set on the death of optimus prime from the transformers soundtrack, i think i'd just go for the most unsuitable thrash track i could think of, which at this moment i can't think of

If I wanted to make everyone cry as much as I possibly could, then I'd choose Tool's Wings For Marie/10,000 Days. The people who love it will cry because it's such an amazing song and is about death and such which is nice, and the people who don't will cry because they have to stand there for 17 minutes listening to it. Yes, that would definitely be my perfect funeral song. Until Tool release their next album and have a song that's better than this one, that is.

Failing that, I think I'd go for Slayer's Angel of Death. Or Maiden's Quest For Fire, just for a laugh.

Something you'd all laugh at and think I wasn't "metal" for liking.

I remember being young and thinking I wanted The Offspring played at my funeral. You know that song about black roses and hail marys what ever it's called.

But in all seriousness, if I was going for an emotional event, I'd pick Solitude by Sabbath or Epitaph by King Crimson...

No I'll go with Portals of Light by Falconer actually. Yes that's my choice.

Oh man, that made me think, Falconer - Emotional Skies would make an AWESOME funeral song. I'm totally going with that.

If I had to choose a Falconer song, it'd be The Clarion Call, no question about it.

As it is, I've had a change of heart about my decision, and have now decided I want the Superman theme tune played at my funeral. And I want Stu to dress up in a small boy's Superman outfit and run around the room whilst the song is playing.
