Whoa, what an album this is proving to be. Funny and brilliant. Devin Townsend is a genious.

Dude, best album of the year. Nothing is going to top this. I've been playing it non-stop and I've almost got the plot worked out.

Best track? Planet Smasher! BEGONE, FOUL PEST. AND BY THE WAY THE NAME'S HERMAN. AND I HATE MUSICALS.

The more I listen to this album the better it gets. As with The New Black, all the best tracks are the heavy and dark stuff. After "By Your Command" and "Ziltoid Attaxx!!" the entire album takes a turn for the darker. Solar Winds is beautiful, Hyperdrive is haunting, N9 is... narratively confusing, and Colour Your World is just the best damn thing. Hevy Devy delivers.

The drums are horrible. I mean, the actual sound of them is pretty good for a drum programming thingybob, but he really goes too mad on them, and they ruin everything. I really don't like this album one single bit. I tried, but there you go! I haven't heard any Devin Townsend properly before (I heard bits of Terria and didn't think much of it, didn't think it was too bad though), but I'm not likely to want to any time soon.

I actually bought Terria and then gave it to Jamie. I couldn't listen to it. I did listen through a few times wanting to like it as I hate nothing more than wasting money, but I couldn't.
