I can only afford to go to one festival this year and it's a toss up between Wacken and Hole In The Sky. I really wanna go to Wacken and catch Maiden etc etc but in terms of thrash Hole In The Sky is miles better. I'm gonna drive to whichever one i go to and with Wacken being in Germany and Hole In The Sky in Norway it's gonna be a killer road trip either way. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRGGHHHHH!!

I could fucking kiss you, that is the best way of expressing my sentiments i have ever heard.

I've missed such good bands because I simply couldn't get off the floor or move my legs.

Gojira was one I missed last year and Mastodon the year before, very gutted about that but very hammered so it balances out. Anyone ever pay good money to see bands right up to the minute they walk on, then the lure of free beer or/and drugs in a tent just gets far too strong?
