there's no way the government will do this. The tabloids would have a field day. They already ignored the recommendation from drug experts that cannabis should be class C so theyre not going to downgrade another drug on the recommendation of the same people.

I'm sure legalising drugs will just take the situation out of the Government's control to a greater extent. It's not as if the Government can really control people's use of drugs which are already legal. I honestly can't see EU regulations being passed on heroin and LSD any time soon or anything...

Think of the money they would make, and they'd have proper figures on the number of users, not asking school kids who write down that they take heroin and cocaine as a joke, which gets turned into an official statistic.

when i tried to tell this joke to my live audience at home aka my brother,he said "surely D is upgrading it" as he thought i meant in terms of classification rather than the nickname and he thought "surely it should be F" too. thus making my joke even more crappier than it already was to begin with

so this has been like double quadrouple failage for me
