What do people think?
I had the exact same idea. But its far too early to be talking about that, we should leave it for awhile first. People need time to grieve, y'know?

Yeah I messaged Ian Terrorizer,Seregon James and Jamie about doing one yesterday. I did'nt really want to post anything on here to soon as this all happened out of the blue and I did'nt know how people would react to it, so soon after the incident.
The way I figure it is we are one big family here on UKthrash, We have all made some good friends because of the UKthrash and it would be a nice gesture from our community. I imagine that Earache will be doing there own thing like they did a few Xmas's ago with Vitek from Decapitated.
So we should do our own. With all money being raised going to Mike's Family or a charity of there choice. Like I mentioned above I have a few idea's myself but would like the input of everyone.
A very good idea Pove, and of course anyway in which i can help out i will be more than willing.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.
Thank the Police coming straight from the underground...

I was fortunate enough to see Evile last year when they were touring Canada. I will always remember how Mike was tearing it up in the pit during 3 Inches of Bloods set, that was a wild night.
This is terrible, terrible news

Re: RIP Mike Alexander
Fucking TRAGIC news
I really regret having not seen Evile for a couple of years now... Always thought highly of those guys, can't imagine how utterly devastating and terrible this is for them- Mike was a cool guy, spoke to him a few times and he was a lovely bloke... Just awful that this has happened, my major major major condolences go out to everyone who knew Mike well. He'll never be forgotten.

Gutted to hear this news while on tour.
Didn't really know him, but far too young to go!

Same as Faraz and Lee, we were on the road when we heard the news, and it was totally gutting. when i read out the text to the bands everybody faces dropped. it was very hard to believe at first.
Mike was a legend; a nice guy, a good laugh, a great bassist, often the life and soul of a party, really outgoing and very generous... just the best dude!
Such sad news, my heart goes out to his family and the rest of the Evile boys.
