there must be something seriously wrong with you if you dont like Dio. He is god.

Just out of interest how many people have seen him live? Seen Dio a few times and he is amazing live. Played Stargazer the other year and it was one of the best songs i have ever heard live

I'm even better because I was at the one that was filmed for the DVD, he wore a costume and everything. Shame on you, SHAME ON THE NIGHT!

Caught in the Middle is my least fave song on the album. However, the start to that and 'Devil's Child' by Priest are essentially what The Darkness whole-sale ripped off for 'I Believe in A Thing Called Love' (I think it was that one...)

Don't dance in darkness you may stumble there and you're sure to fall!

There's an unseen fortune under their belts

This horde of wealth is a sickening display"

Haha, I thought that too.
I quite like caught in the middle, but rainbow in the dark is probably my favourite on that album. Dio loves his rainbows.

Dio is god

Actually, he is.

Dio, the god of Earth, Nature, and law, is probably the most patient and humble of all the gods. Calm, thoughtful, and sometimes even kind, he occasionally does a good job of keeping a family of quarreling deities from fighting too seriously. However, he can be sometimes thoughtless and rude without even knowing it, and when his anger DOES erupt, woe to those who have crossed him. He rarely forgets a grudge, and is probably second to only his brother Mercu in his aptitude for military affairs.

Dio's worshippers, known as 'Diomes', are usually down-to-earth, realistic people, with a firm belief in the power of tradition. Dioism encourages hard work, family, and pride, along with a respect for nature. Dioism does not, however, encourage unrealistic protection of nature. A Diome might plow the earth and till his garden-his hard work is his prayer to Dio, and his reward of a well-grown garden is the answer to his prayer. However, Diomes will have no problem cutting down a tree to keep themselves warm, because they worked hard to chop the tree into firewood, and so they deserved warmth because of it.

Dio rarely appears to his subjects, preaching hard work and personal responsibility as he does. However, the disunity of his people greatly disturbs him, as he wants all Diosians to be like a rock in the midst of a storm, the one source of stability in a chaotic world.

I admit it, ......
I actually prefer those Sabbath albums with Ronnie on(Mob Rules + Heaven and Hell) to the last 2 or 3 with Ozzy on.

Absolutely. Technical Ecstasy was quite dreadful and Never Say Die only had a few highlights.
Heaven and Hell is simply one of the best Sabbath albums.
