How much we talking for say 100 shirts, 2 colour front, 1 colour back, 2 screens i think?

You're looking at roughly £450 in total... maybe cheaper...
Say £20 per screen/film... so two is £40. 100 t-shirts is about £425... these are decent quality t-shirts and decent printing... you can have more lightweight t-shirts at a cheaper price, but generally speaking you aint gonna want cheap thin t-shirts for your band, right?

We print on gildan and fruit of the loom.
