Just because somebody is "drug addict scum" doesn't mean they don't need help. I'm sure they didn't choose that as a life ambition, i can certainly think of a lot of better things to do with your life than spend the very little money you make begging on buying crack. Of course i haven't been to Plymouth for a long long time, so i could be wrong. They are victims of circumstance and it's pretty damn wrong that we live in a country of such wealth but yet we walk past people everyday who literally have nothing and no fututre apart from being set alight by some chavs or dying from cold, all just because they didn't have the same chances we had in life. Which we take for granted and seem to think everyone had and just didn't take them.

It's just another case of media hype. Silly people get these stupid ideas in their head that everything is in decline because of poor people who are out to get fucked and ruin stuff for everyone else. Of course there's trouble makers and there is problems in this country, but there's so many people who just don't think and take what people in false positions of power say. The fazed people are nearly as much as a problem as the scumdogs.
