Fucking hell, this album rules, one of my fav metal albums. Anyone else a fan of it or the band?

Bathory were lovely.
They/he slowly went downhill after Hammerheart but Nordland I & II were a fine way to go out.

early bathory is great, but under the sign of the black mark is just the best in my opinion. blood fire death is also great, but under is better!!

Anyway, this album is great, the first is probably my favourite, but I love almost all Bathory stuff. Twilight of the Gods RULES!

Blood Fire Death, A Fine Day To Die were the GREAT songs on the album, Pace Til Death, Dies Irae and For All Those Who Died are also really good.

I was just getting at the top two (no idea why I typed three...) being so far ahead of the others. Not to say the others are bad in any way.

Pace 'Til Death is my joint fave on that album with the title track!!!
