Of course half life is better but it is a bit like comparing a bike and a jet plane.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

On the topic of old PC games, I'm seriously considering buying Heroes 3, as it is awesome.

IV is gant I've been told, whereas I've played III and it's a total classic.

I have that. It's pretty good fun when you've got nothing to do.

Yeah, it is a deadly time-waster, I'm glad I didn't have it as an undergraduate! It really is a flawless game though, so well made and with graphics that look vintage but not annoyingly dated.

I actually uninstalled it because I'd just automatically go on it as soon as no one was talking on MSN. It sucks life out of you, and there's no decent reason why, it's not THAT good...but you just can't help yourself. HOW MANY SPACES CAN I MOVE THIS TURN!

Re: Funny pics thread.
Me and Berith on here once stayed up all night playing a version we'd downloaded off some website - we finally got to this dark portal in the underground cave area, reachable within the next turn's movement, then it corrupted and crashed. The saved game was corrupted too so loading it just made it crash again. I still wonder what dastardly fiends awaited us beyond that portal...
