Personally, I think it's the least "commercial" thing they've done with Angela. Not so many catchy tunes and choruses but they've got riffs and lots of 'em.
Unfortunately, Amott is becoming increasingly guilty of copying old solos, phrases and melodies, and the obligatory instrumental is very similar to many others. But although it's not as hooky as Wages, Doomsday or Anthems, it's still a damn fine melodic death metal album.
And using soundbites from Caligula for the title track's intro was a good call.

i never even knew there was a new arch enemy album out! an i love arch enemy!! lookin forward to hearing it though. ill have to get it tomorrow!

It's not in the shops yet, it's one of those you have to "acquire" by way of the interweb.
Oh, and it's called Rise of the Tyrant.
