I just heard the most ludicrous tribute ever from that John McCririck fellow, saying that even her racist comments did the nation a "huge service" by revealing how many people are unacceptably racist "without knowing it"! She also "added to the joy and gaiety of nations" apparently. The world has gone mad.

All I watch on TV now are the football channels so at least I won't be bombarded with it on TV.

As much as I despise her she HAS raised awareness - as women in their 20's always assumed that the cancer Jade got doesn't develop until you're older.

I think it's sad for her kids that her mum died on Mothers day, but at the end of the day, that's not my problem - whats happening to them is happening to loads of other people and this is what really annoyed me the most about this whole debacle about Jade's big cancer whoop.

I hope in a years time the media looks back on this and get PROPER embarressed about the massive U-turn they took to save some face.

Let's move on.

I fucking hate newspapers as I've never been able to find one that is more than a gossip mag but that doesn't use as many big words as The Financial Times. Broadsheets are really annoying to fold too. Would staples really be that much of an inconvenience?
