Tankard: 25 Years in Beers

I don't normally approve of bands rerecording their own material but I picked this up off ebay and I've been playing it today and really enjoying it. Some of the songs sound better and some sound worse than the originals, but the presentation is classy and the real clincher for me was the second tribute disc which was worth the cost of the CD alone...
It feels like a real celebration piece of the band.

Anyone else got an opinion on this?

Tankard are a BIG influence of Hospital of Death (= no shit Sherlock)

Paragon and Sacred Steel on the second disc, plus FKU, Hyades, Fatal Embrace... its great!
