I ordered a LICH KING shirt a while back from the link on the bands myspace, which links to a company who produces shirts for the band ( and others too). After not recieving anything for weeks, and getting no reply to my emails, i contacted the band themselves who said they had been having a few problems with this company but they had contacted them and my shirt was being sent. another 2 weeks later i filed a claim with paypal, and the company never even responded in the allotted 10 days, so paypal awarded in my favour, but i got an email today saying this :

We have completed our investigation of this case. We attempted to process a refund from the seller's account to your account. Unfortunately, the seller's account does not contain the funds necessary to cover this refund. We were able to recover . We have taken action against the seller and are working to recover the remainder of your refund. We will contact you when we have more information. No further action is required of you at this time.

I linked to this company from the bands myspace page where they go under the name of RPG shirts, although the company name registered with paypal is XR shirts.

Take my advice and DONT order from these guys!!!!!
I would also like to say, that from what i understand, this company works independantly from Lich King, and that it ISNT the band who have ripped me off, although i think it would be prudent for them to remove the shirt link from their page, as im sure no band wants to be associated with a company who is ripping off their fans!!!!

I own RPGshirts.com and the designs, but the actual shirts are handled by a shirt company I got involved with through a design client I handle. They've yet to pay ME anything at ALL and I've been selling shirts through them for almost a year.

My apologies Immortalicide, I'm going to whip up some shit with them and either get your money or your shirt to you, both if I can help it. IF I can't get your money back from them, it's coming out of my pocket. You're not getting fucked on this.

This is the only case I've heard of, but maybe someone got screwed and didn't come to me about it.

I'm talking with the shirt guy now and it sounds like he's definitely going to take care of Immortalicide (refund, free stuff) but we'll see how that plays out before assuming all's well.
