You do have to love Japanese challenge programmes... I was watching 'Ninja Warrior' after having drunk a lot of those 1.5 litre Grolsch bottles and it was the best thing ever... there was a 94 year old man with upper body strength of steeeeeeeeeel! He still failed in a pretty epic proportion though...

Yeahhhh Nagano is awesome! Only the second guy to complete the course in 10 years, brutal stuff! I'd definitely fail on the stupid log thing you have to cling onto and spin round on, and considering that's the first round it shows what a failure I'd be....
