I will definatly not watch the remake.

If people love the film enough, just put the origional back on the cinema for a week or two. Dont ruin it!! :(

Remakes are never any good. I can't think of a single good one, so why redo such a good movie?

The remakes of Mutiny On the Bounty and Cape Fear are good. I rate Red Dragon above Manhunter too. Generally speaking, though, remakes are a daft idea.

Technically The Thing is a re-make, the David Cronenburg version of The Fly and The 80's version of the blob was alright....re-makes are scrapping the barrel for ideas and are done for the money though if they make a good movie i don't really care.

Saying that they are re-making "It", even though it was two part tv movie.
