its all about variety, certain parts of songs demand a good windmill, some stuff just needs a good old fashioned headbang an sometimes its good to get some side to side on the faster stuff to save the neck a wee bit!

the morning after seeing megadeth and diamond head in birmingham i was walking around like quasimodo. the amound of headbanging that was endured that night was truly monstrous, i prefer a bit of the up and down
