So it's come to this

Postby Herzeleid on Sat Jun 09, 2007 9:10 pm

Through a hideous combination of Antibiotics, Exams, NO money till next week, and people being at download, I am actually in doing nothing on a saturday night. Anyone else suffering such a hideous indignity? At least there's a show about the history of metal on BBC2 in a sec, should be good for a chortle.

Aye, part 4 of the 7 ages of rock. They have all been okay so far. Last weeks punk one was good, with some great interview footage of john lydon and glen matlock. Lydon is always good for a laff

The documentary was possibly the worst so far. You just can't cram 30 years of music history into a docu that lasts an hour and it showed.

I quite enjoyed it,but it told me nothing I didn't already know, and the bit where they claimed Hanoi Rocks benefited from the sucess of Motley Crue absolutely infuriated me(although I appreciate that means jack shit to almost everybody else on here)
Worth it for the footage of Metallica doing "No remorse" from around 1984 alone.

My advice for any one in their teens/early twenties is.... get as much pussy as possible, marry for money and dont have tattoos on your knuckles.
