This is on my list...

There's an unseen fortune under their belts
Are golden temples a symbol of God's way
This horde of wealth is a sickening display"

It is a little heavy at first. But worth sticking with.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

I'm reading Dune at the moment as well as some others, Keith Harris Kahn's book on Extreme Metal, Jingo by Prattchet and still ploughing through The God Delusion.

I can read multiple books at once, does my head in. Though i can read at turbo speed, i read all the red dwarf books in one day. That was fun.

That is next on my reading list after "Justice for all: the truth about Metallica" that I am reading at the minute. I bought it when it came out and then never got around to reading it all the way through so thought I'd give it another go.

Is KKH's book any good?

Dune is a masterpiece, and further one of the best film adaptations ever made.

Well, jackanakanory! This is the best book since sliced bread. I'm on chapter 10 of part 2 now, the madness just happened in London with the killing of the rape man. It's brilliant, I love how the book has now turned into a sort of sci-fi dystopia, and after these last couple of chapters the actual point of all this is really starting to come through. Really excellently written. If excellently is indeed a real word.

Well, I just finished reading Meg (the book about the huge fuck off prehistoric shark) and I loved it. It's not going to win any literary prizes for sure but it zips along at a frantic pace and never lets up for a second. It's a real bitch to put down and I ended up reading until the small hours for three nights in a row.
Ordered the other two books in the series off the back of that and am now really looking forward to the film.
