The man is a god amongst men. True, at times his comedy seems a bit.. well.. repetetive and his stand up is a bit questionable.. but his writing and his acting... oh my lord yuss.

Probably right. I do like a lot of it though. Although some of the worst things I've ever seen include his performances at that Diana concert and Live Aids or whatever. Seriously, what was he doing? Still makes me cringe thinking about it.

I had no doubts about voting YES - I don't think he will ever top the genius of The Office, and his stand ups become stale after a couple of viewings, but he is clearly a superb comedy writer, even if he only exhibits one type of character in his acting, and I think his attitude towards catch phrase comedy is reassuring.

I thought the Extras Xmas Special was very good - it wasn't a laugh a minute type of thing, but Extras has never been too much like that, and I thought it told a good story and remained interesting despite its length.

I don't know where he goes from here though, and time will tell if he'll end up living by the principles of his anti-fame rant on Extras!

i like his standup but i have never been a fan of the office at all, i've seen extras a few times and its fairly funny but not great
