Info on Extreme Metal 2 Book?

I've got Extreme Metal by Joel McIver and yesterday whilst on Amazon I noticed that there is an EXtreme Metal 2 book. Is this just an update or a totally new/different book? does anyone have it, is it worth buying?

Books are stupid. Why spend time reading about metal, when you could be listening to metal!? hahaha

yeah, i read a 'metal' book that said youthanasia was megadeths best album :lol:
