The Rompeprop vocal is mental but its all effects. If you're talking pitch shifted vocals CBT is totally sick. General Surgery is really good too, sounds very primal.

A few of my friends like all this Grindcore stuff, I just don't like it at all. One band that one of my mates is obsessed with is Waking the Cadaver.

I'm listening to Massacre's From Beyond, and Kam Lee has to be somewhere on the list of sickest vocals which are actually GOOD.

Just had a quick listen and all they've done is take their vocalists voice and slowed the tape down to a crawl.
The music isn't ghastly but the fake vocals make it all a bit silly.

This guy apparently does Predator vocals, I can't actually remember what Predator sounds like so can't comment, but it sounds fucking weird though.
