Yeah, it's on some website that think they're hilarious... Youtube or something, can't remember... you get normal ones on any website if you type in an url that doesn't exist.. for example..

I have a feeling that's Demonoid (or PirateBay, or some other torrent site maybe).

The actual 500 error is basically a server fuck-up.
