RPM Show - Dialect Radio.

Dialect Radio is a Bristol, UK based community internet radio station that is run by volunteers. We record the shows every Saturday around lunchtime and upload it in the evening.

Within Dialect Radio I've been given my own show. I've titled it RPM Show, which can either mean Rock, Punk, Metal or Revolutions Per Minute...I tend to lean towards the Rock, Punk, Metal tag. The policy of the show was to mainly play local signed and unsigned acts, but then I started to branch out and cover national unsigned and signed acts. After doing that for a few weeks, I felt it was time to go and look around the world for tunes.

When it comes to Rock, Punk and Metal...I do aim to cover as many offshoots of those three genres as possible. And recently I've started to focus on Thrash Metal, with the first show having thrash on it being 8th Dec 2007 when I played an unholy trinity of Gripshift, Evile and Onslaught. And of course the most recent show (19th January 2008) included the group Mutant.

To check out the RPM Show you can go to http://www.dialectradio.co.uk and scroll down until you find the RPM Shows. Clicking on older entries will give you more to listen to. The 12th January show which has no description has a track by Biomechanical on it from the forthcoming album.

Thanks
