Here's a good game if you are bored, pick a mobile number at random and drop them a "Hi, how are you doing text" and see if you get a bite. When we were at Reading Fest the other week a mate got a text from an unknown number asking how Reading was, what are the chances of that happening? Don't know if he got a shag out of it though.

how about everyone writes their mobile numbers in here so we can randomly text people off this forum or call them up at like 4am or seomthing??!

I used to do this to people I didn't like and whose numbers I couldn't possibly have got from them (you'd be surprised how easy it is to steal numbers from your friends' phones at parties). Confusion/disgust reigned supreme after texting them my entire repertoire of dead baby jokes!

Don't those scanner things pick up e-mail addresses and mobile number from sites this way, i.e. have you just set yourself up for a barrage of phone calls from Air New Zealand?
