The English football team and the hype that surrounds it reflects the current mindset of our country outside football. I’m talking spin, lies, people afraid of taking responsibly, Money talks, Bling etc. I’m leaving this place before the whole shit house goes up in flames.

I'm glad McClaren's been sacked, the whole campaign has been a bodge-job from the start. Yeah he's been unlucky with injuries - maybe if Owen hadn't gotten injured in Austria we'd have had a better result - but the tactics going into the game last night were absolutely terrible.

5-man midfield, fair enough, but leaving Beckham out was madness and including Frank Lampard was just as stupid. I'm only going to say one thing about Carson - I'm glad he's moving permanently to Aston Villa, after last night, I don't think Liverpool would want him back if we were paid.

As an England fan, I was digusted with the performance in general last night. After Israel beat Russia at the weekend I actually thought we had some hope of qualifying, but yet again McClaren proved that he can't make the right decisons under pressure. :evil:
