Again, thanks very much for the support. It really is going surprisingly well. Gonna have to get my beard and hair shaved off before it all starts coming out in clumps, sadly. Especially as the beard is looking good/mighty.

Weird thing I did today was call a girl I had just started, kind-of seeing. I'd met her twice, we hit it off quite well and have been swapping music and shit. I didn't know whether to just leave it and get her stuff back to her without letting her know but decided to be honest. She was understandably shell-shocked but I hope I did the right thing.

Just for those who want to know: I'm 26 and would consider myself pretty fit. Amazingly, I ran my third marathon in May and the leukaemia was apparently in effect then. May be why my time was a little disappointing. So, physically speaking I should have a good chance to sort myself out. And like James said, the response to this stuff is getting better all the time. I'm not worried.
