Nah nah, not if you had witnesses that said you were innocent. I mean, it's not hard to provoke people when they're pissed and, as a barman, you should have razor-sharp banter at your disposal.

Yes, yes, I know I would have witnesses, but this is a small country pub - nothing like that has ever happened before. If I flattened some cunt in the car park, it'd be all over the local news and my boss wouldn't be very pleased with me.

Stab him with a screw driver. My old guitar teacher's son did that. Well, he stabbed someone with a screwdriver 18 times. I think he got away with it... somehow.
