It won't happen and anyway that isn't the point. Good songs is what matters.

I think the younger thrash bands have more influences to work from. Look at Heretic and Headless Cross two bands which stand out of the crowd. Also once Hallowed Point once they get another Guitar player i have been told will have more melody. so we will have to wait and see.

Dont forget that the UK thrash scene as it now is still only a baby. Once it grows you will start noticing the difference.

Too fucking right. I've been harping on at Lyall for ages to write a good song but he's always too busy moaning about how much work he does or some other crap. I reckon he'll be the next one to hang up his Heretic bathrobe if he keeps up with this behaviour.

Perhaps more of a toddler? Able to walk, but falls on it's arse a lot?

But like i said give it time. I hope it does not die out like the old thrash scene. It was just starting to get interesting then fucking grunge came out and killed it, along with the rest of metal. Worse years of my life for music. do you noticed how quickly grunge died once Kurt killed himself and kids turned back to metal again (even if it was shit metal like NU-metal)

Funny. Harsh but funny.

There's an unseen fortune under their belts
Are golden temples a symbol of God's way
This horde of wealth is a sickening display"
