Has anyone here tried smoking Salvia Divinorum? I've heard so much about it that about a month ago my curiosity won out. Me and a mate ordered 1 gram of 10x off the internet (£20) plus a crappy bong. It's still sitting on my fucking shelf, staring at me accusingly. Both me and said mate are too big a bunch of pansies to set a date and try it. Like a true nerd I've done plenty of research, and the prospect of such a powerful substance really puts the shits up me.

So come on guys, talk me into it.

Never tried Salvia...

I've heard that proper hydro weed kicks the shit out of it though, I can't remember, but that's what I smoke! A lot... :eyes:

Yah i've tried it, its intense in larger doses of the stronger stuff can trip you out ALOT if smoked with good weed. If you do start tripping which a fair amount is needed for its more of an acid trip than a mushroom trip.

Mostly though it's similar to weed and will relax you plus makes you appreciate lights more :lol:

Well I got mine from EveryoneDoesIt.com. They sell it in 1 gram bottles of varying potency. I got 10x, but it goes up to like 150x.

Bangover, I read that weed totally anulls the effect of salvia.

it can be like acid if its really strong and larger doses.

You can get it in most shops tht sell bongs and stuff, the internet and i know they def sell it in camden market along with loads of other legal highs

Hah, that reminds me, I also read that Salvia has potential use in treating drug addicts. It's a pretty amazing plant.

Didn't they say that about heroin and cocaine once? All it lead to was heroin and cocaine addicts. I've heard that Sally D is pretty nasty at anything over 20x and that on no accounts should you do it on your own. If you do try it please let us know what colour God's pubes are.

I've heard that as well, but it depends on when you smoke it in accordance to smoking the salvia,i think if you think if you smoke it after it helps to intensify certain effects but before i think it dulls it a bit, i'm not entirely sure as i havnt done salvia enough times really but its somthing like that..

Here's my experience with it. I've tried it 3 times now, with 5x, 10x and 15x.

With the 5x and 10x, the affects were very limited. I actually did the whole gram of 5x as well. It made me feel really relaxed and appreciative of my mind. Thinking was nice. The 3rd time on the 15x, it 'worked'. I was in a whole new realm. Not physically, but mentally. I could see the faces of the people around me, but that's all. I was in some kind of forest. That's the best way of describing it. I didn't see trees or anything like that, but I have the feeling of being in a lovely magical forest. I wasn't really aware that I had a body, I'd completely moved into my mind. Its really hard to describe. I didn't have visions as such, but everything was blocked out.. if that makes any sense. After about 5 minutes I was starting to come back and trying to make sense of everything. When I noticed my leg, it felt of cottage. I know it makes no sense at all now, but my leg felt like the scene of a nice white cottage in the woods. When I touched it, I could see it in my mind. Took about 10 more minutes to feel completely normal again, but after that there was no come down at all. On the whole a lovely drug. Really made me feel relaxed and appreciative of everything. I've got some left, and I'm certainly gonna do it again.

What I will say is that it's common for the first time or first few times to not do much. It happened with me and everyone I know who's tried it (at least 5 people). You need to make sure there's no outside distractions as well, it'll just ruin it and keep you in this world. It's not a party drug at all. Use it to explore your mind in a quiet dark room.
