Does the world need more thrash like this? Competent at best.

I love how dis-interested they look in that video, just leaning against a wall playing thrash riffs. The singer is really bad too, just stood their with his hands in his pockets for the first 30 seconds.

This is my new favourite band.

Does the world need more kids who listen to Sarcofago one weekend and deem it fit to "keep it true" and release below-par blackened Thrash on cassette tapes?

Apologies if you take offense to that, but you're insulting the majority of up and coming Thrash bands around the U.K. and Ireland. I've listened to them all, and most are on a par with Hyades. No better. Does the world need more Thrash like that? If it keeps the scene alive, yes.

Fair play, we clearly disagree.

I can't imagine who you're referring to in the first paragraph though

To be competley fair, disagreeing with someones opinion isnt insulting anyone. You have a very weird view at music, man...

I got the Hyades cd last year- it's nothing outstanding but is fun to listen to.Still better than most of the shite out there masquerding as metal! Looking forward to hearing there new cd to see how/if they've advanced.

'Masquerading as metal'

I can just imagine a bunch of metal bands laughing behind the scenes.

"Haha, they have NO idea that we're not really metal!!!".
