I've finally decided to post in this thread. In my opinion the best new non UK thrash band is Violator, hands down, no contest, all other competitors forfeit (I can't spell).
Violator are too Thrash to actually be thrash, they are brutally cool.
As the for the other 4, I dunno really. Sakrificer, Tyrant (both US) errrrm, Ghoul although they're not all that new, and errrrr.... I dunno.
